The Night Before

December 31, a whole new fresh year in front of me and no chance to screw it up yet.  Love this time of year.  Feeling much more prepared for it that I have been in the past when gearing up for an intense season.  Here is where the head is at:

Session 1 - Prep Phase is a continuation of basically what I have been doing for the past month or so. Goal is to get consistent training in with a couple of fun events along the way, no race goals or targets, but targets with regards to eating, weight, and workout completion.

Goal 1 - 95% workout completion. - Should be easy as the workouts I have planned are prep phase and Tiff is comfortable with the schedule.  6 weeks of Prep followed by a rest and test week will bring me through to February 15.  There are 79 Workouts planned for this time frame and I want to complete a minimum of 75 of the 79 workouts.

Goal 2 - Weight down to 180 by end of session 1.  Will maintain a 1000 cal per day deficit until end of the phase or until weight is down to season (75 - 77 KG).  Do not anticipate getting to season weight by end of session 1 but expect to hit 180 lb or approximately 80 KG

Goal 3 - Nutrition - Going hard core for Session 1, mostly to accomplish goal no 2, so......
 - No Alcohol
 - No Candy / Junk Food
 - No Burgers / Pizza / Fast Food
 - No Ice Cream
 - No Soda
 - Limit Aspartame / Fake Sugar

Goal 4 - Not specifically training related but a goal none the less is to start being more frugal, baring damage or loss of any training gear, no purchase of any kind until end of session 1.
